Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time. Open Billing and choose "Manage subscription": two clicks, no e-mail or call needed. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Clear price. The price, the billing period and the renewal date are shown before you pay. We send a reminder e-mail before an annual plan renews.
Refunds. If you were charged by mistake, charged again after cancelling, or the service failed because of a fault on our side, write to hello@example.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund you. Where the law gives you a longer right of withdrawal, that right applies. Credits already used may be deducted.
Credits. Daily plan credits expire at midnight and are not refundable. Unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase.
How. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show them.
