Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Ask The Oracle, run by Ask The Oracle. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

Entertainment only. Ask The Oracle offers AI-generated tarot, cartomancy and astrology readings for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are symbolic: they do not predict the future, guarantee any result, or replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
18 or older. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Your account. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Subscriptions. The price, the billing period and the renewal are shown before you pay. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in two clicks from the Billing page ("Manage subscription"), and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Credits. Daily credits that come with a plan expire at midnight and do not carry over. Credits from packs stay on your account until you use them.
Refunds. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
AI limits. Answers are written by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them for important decisions.
Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, try to break it, resell it, or use it to harm others.
Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
